Amidst the cheers and the high spirit of competition, the MyCampus League has successfully captivated the hearts of esports enthusiasts across Indonesia. Livestreamed on the American Corner Unair YouTube Channel, this competition brought together 14 universities from various regions of the country, all determined to showcase their best in the world of esports, particularly in the EA FC 24 game with a 2vs2 format. Notably, this is the first EA FC league among universities in Indonesia to feature a 2vs2 format online. From start to finish, every match was filled with intense moments, clever strategies, and dazzling plays that kept the audience on the edge of their seats.

But MyCampus League is more than just a tournament. It’s a platform where students can interact, share knowledge, and build new friendships among fellow esports fans. The competition creates an atmosphere that is not only competitive but also rich in camaraderie and friendship. Participants are not just racing to be the best; they are also supporting each other, forging strong bonds among players from diverse backgrounds.

After battling through a rigorous selection process, four teams made it to the final stage: UNAIR Surabaya (American Corner UNAIR Surabaya), UNHAS Makassar, UMI Makassar, and ULM ProKalsel from South Kalimantan. Each team has shown remarkable skill in this 2vs2 format, making their journey to the finals both challenging and rewarding.

The Grand Final arrived, pitting two top teams, UNAIR Surabaya and UMI Makassar, against each other in a highly anticipated showdown. In an atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, both teams fought hard for the championship title. However, UMI Makassar emerged as the winner, clinching a narrow victory in a nail-biting finish. This victory stands as a testament to the dedication, hard work, and high fighting spirit of the UMI Makassar players.

UMI Makassar’s win is not only celebrated as an achievement but also as an inspiration for other teams to continue practicing and honing their skills. MyCampus League has become more than just a competition; it is a movement that strengthens the spirit of sportsmanship and solidarity within the university esports community in Indonesia.

With the great success achieved in this edition, MyCampus League is committed to continuing to grow and provide even better experiences in the future. We aim to remain a platform that supports Indonesia’s young talents, preparing them to compete not only on a national level but also on the international stage.

We invite the entire esports community to join, support, and witness the incredible journey of the MyCampus League. Together, let’s build a bright future for university esports in Indonesia!
